FishingBee.com is a
fishing resource website. The content is expanding and new
features are added as time allows. Currently merchants can submit
databases to us for inclusion in the product search. All items
are sold by the retailers and all help purchasing items should be
directed to the individual retailer listed on that item.
Search Help
The search will search all the
products on the website. If you know the product number or name,
that will be the quickest route to finding products.
for example: searching for
"rod" will yeild hundreds of results. Try more specific
searches such as "Fly Rod" or even add in the
manufacturers name such as "Shakespere Fly Rod".
You will also see there
options below the search: Exact - Any - All
Exact - will only match records
that inclue your search terms exactly, this will provide the
least matches but can limit items to very specific term. However,
if you are searching for example: "T-Fal Pots and Pans".
The file on reord with T-Fal products may not include the term
"Pots and Pans". Many products do not include what the
product is. You would not search for a "Chevrolet Car",
but you might search for a "Chevrolet Impala". Using
Exact will make getting results much more difficult for
inexperienced users.
Any - will match any of the words
in your search querry. This option is the default and easiest
option. If you search for "Pots and Pans" with Any
selected, you will get results for "Pots" and results
for "Pans" with the top results containing both words (if
available).
All - will require the files to
have ALL the words in your search, but will not require any
specific order. Items will match as long as they meet all the
words. Be careful using words such as "and, or, they etc"
because the descriptions may not include those words and could be
eliminated from the results.
The search is very good and
should return manufacturers names, product codes or any keywords
relted to the product. There is no need to specify a category or
browse through lists of directories.
Some searches may be very
slow, be patient. Once the system knows what you are looking for,
it will speed up. If your querry matches 100,000items it is often
necessary to search every file to get you the best results. It
will still be much faster than fumbling through pages on google.com
trying to find products.
